Dine At Nineteen And Enjoy A Wellness Treat At The Spa, in the Mighty Address Montgomerie…

Address Montgomerie is a luscious golf resort and a perfect staycation spot for anyone who enjoys the enticing landscape of a grassy oasis in the middle of the desert. Set within the Emirates Hills, it promises an exotic South Asian Spa delight; and after a tiring day of golfing, a rich excuse for a large meal at the venue’s Italian Restaurant called Nineteen.

Upon our arrival at the spacious stable-inspired venue, we felt like we had entered a movie set of Robert Redford’s 1970s ‘The Great Gatsby.’ The walls were chalked white with dark wooden furniture and we truly felt as though we were in for a serious escapade, especially taking note of the soothing Chopin music and musky fragrance that accompanied the background.

We were received very warmly by the Spa’s host and were taken to a large changing room where there was a television for sport enthusiasts. The skincare range in the washroom and the changing room had stalked products from Elemis and Natura Bisse, some of our favourite luxury brands.

At the Spa, we were treated with a deep exfoliating facial that used most of Natura Bisse skincare range. The apricot scrub and the diamond peel helped bring back the glow and luminosity that was lacking skin-deep due to dehydration, hormonal changes and smoking habits. It was an intensive treatment of 60 minutes and helped rejuvenate our skin to our skin type and preference. Unlike most spas, this venue offers detailed consultation to deliver a perfect facial for your skin type/concern.

We were later treated to a shoulder and back massage for tissue rejuvenation. The whole experience was absolute bliss.

After a couple of days, we were invited back to the same venue for a plush meal at Nineteen.

The cozy spot located in the inner corner of Montgomerie offers Italian and Mediterranean cuisine making it a favourite amongst international diners and golfers alike. We were made to feel very welcome and seated where the lunch buffet was being served.

The spot offers variants of exotic salads, assorted grilled meats, and custom dishes to suit your preference. The menu is vast and there’s plenty to choose from. Nineteen stuns with interiors inspired by the exotic seaside countries of Greece, Turkey, Lebanon and France, to name a few, with plush white hues indenting the outlet. Drenched in natural sunlight, Nineteen welcomes families, friends and business associates to spacious interiors, a relaxed beverage area and a terrace overlooking the stunning championship golf course of Address Montgomerie.

For lunch, we opted for the classic Greek salad and mushroom sauce, which was heaven from the first bite, followed by a ranch covered slice of grilled beef and fish. We were later served watermelon and orange juice, but just when we felt we couldn’t eat anymore, we gave into temptation and indulged in the restaurant’s outstanding date cake served in caramel sauce – a true ‘cheat day!’

It was a simple, but delicious meal and a breathtaking experience and now that Nineteen has reopened with bigger and bolder flavours to further enrich the experience of diners, we highly recommend our readers check it out.
