This month the award winning Chef Kreaton Cutajar will host an exclusive Meat Lover’s Chef’s Table serving the finest cuts of beef at 55&5th, The Grill at The St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort, Abu Dhabi on 22 April.
For one night only guests are invited to join award-winning Chef, Kreaton Cutajar at the resort’s signature venue to indulge in his Meat Lovers Chef’s Table, where guests will be taken on a culinary journey with his bespoke menu.
Cutajar will be putting on an impressive gastronomic display with a seven course menu of exotic dishes including Crudo de Wagyu and tender braised Wagyu cheek. For a full carnivorous culinary experience, guests will learn about different types of beef and special cuts of meat as they are invited into the kitchen to experience the action behind the scenes and see the master in work.
