JULIA MILAN CREATED LIMITED EDITION EMIRATI-INSPIRED DRESS IN CELEBRATION OF UAE 44TH NATIONAL DAY

Dubai-based fashion designer Julia Milan created a limited edition dress inspired by Emirati culture in lieu of the 44th UAE National Day on December 2nd. The dress was named “Four Four” to commemorate the 44th founding anniversary of the Emirates.
Says Julia Milan, “This limited edition dress was inspired by my desire to bridge fashion and culture together. I have incorporated the Arabic design and put touches of western influences on the stitches and cut of the dress. This is my modern take to empower women in their day to day lives.”
“The ‘Four Four’ dress is also an art piece that I want to give to UAE, my home. UAE has been very successful on welcoming talents like me and giving opportunity to go global.” adds Julia Milan who once represented UAE at Bali Fashion Festival.
The limited edition “Four Four” dress will be available on Julia Milan closet from Nov. 26 until end of Dec. 2015.
