Rising Talent Set To Shine At BRIDE Dubai In The Exciting Young Designers Awards

The BRIDE show Dubai taking place from the 25th- 28th March at the Dubai International Exhibition Centre is this year, due to popular demand re-launching the esteemed Young Designers Award Initiative. A marked event on yearly calendars for upcoming designers from prestigious fashion colleges in and around the Middle East, the initiative provides an exclusive platform for aspiring young talent to make their break into the world of fashion.

Each year witnesses a high profile panel of judges whom have the privilege of selecting the most promising talent from the group. This year’s esteemed panel of judges includes fashion guru Rosemin Manji, Fashion Director of RR&Co – Bespoke Luxury Management, personality and founder of the Female Network Shereen Mitwalli and Exhibition Director of BRIDE Daphne Cota.

Each young designer has the opportunity to showcase their innovation and imagination as they are required to create an outfit showcasing their individual talents. The final 10 participants have been asked to showcase one design inspired by the theme, this year being ‘Red carpet – A day at the races!’ These designs will be displayed at BRIDE Dubai’s Young Designer Awards gallery and will also be showcased on the catwalk in front of the judging panel.

New this year is the People’s Choice Award, where one young designer will be chosen by BRIDE Dubai visitors and family and friends of the shortlisted participants. The lucky winner will receive a trophy and a gift hamper.
